Colorado River - Transportation
| Provided below is information on getting to the Colorado River area and on getting around once you are there. |

Getting There |
 |
| |
The Colorado River enters northern Arizona at Page and runs west through the Grand Canyon to Lake Mead. At the Hoover Dam near Las Vegas, the river turns south, forming Arizona's western border. The river enters Mexico south of Yuma. There are only three road river crossings in Northern Arizona; at Page, at Marble Canyon and not again until Hoover Dam. River access is easier south of the dam to Bullhead City, Lake Havasu, Parker and Yuma. |
