Ely is located in east central Nevada, near Great Basin National Park. The town is situated at the intersection of US 50, running east into Utah and west to Eureka and Austin, and US 93, running north to Wendover and Wells and south towards the distant Las Vegas area. US 6 also heads southwest from Ely into central Nevada. |
