Great Basin National Park is located in a lonely area of the Great Basin in east central Nevada, just west of the Utah border. US 6 and US 50 are converged as they pass just north of the national park, before splitting to head southwest and west, respectively, into central Nevada. The nearest interstates are I-15, about 130 miles to the east or 270 miles to the south, and I-80, about 175 miles to the north. The park is also accessible via Utah State Route 21, which heads southeast towards Milford. |
