Troubleshooting

With some combinations of system settings, a small percentage of our visitors may see text displayed too small on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot easily fix this problem without making the text appear too large for everybody else. Isn't technology great?

If you are having problems with small text, try clicking the "View" menu in your web browser, selecting "Text Size," and then selecting "Medium" or "Larger".

If this doesn't allow you to view site text normally, we would be very interested in hearing from you to help us track down and resolve this issue. We would be very appreciative if you would return to our Contact page and drop us a note telling us whatever technical information you know about your computer system (version of Windows or other OS, web browser, screen resolution, etc.) as well as anything unusual about your computer setup. It would also be helpful if you let us know what text specifically appeared small: what page you were on, and whether all of the text appeared small or only part of it (and which part!)
