Description
Deep in the heart of the Grand Canyon lie the majestic waterfalls of Havasu Canyon! The Havasupai Indians call this their home and have lived hundreds of years here adjacent to the blue-green springs that create the tumbling waterfalls known as Havasu Falls, Mooney Falls and Navajo Falls. The setting is absolutely stunning.
After hiking or riding horses for the 9.5 miles down, campsites under large shady cottonwood trees make an inviting location for days of swimming and sight seeing. It is a remarkable hidden oasis in the desert that should be experienced at least once in a lifetime.
To hike or horseback here, you must be accompanied by a guide.
